OVERVIEW Welcome to Mendoza Scents. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mendoza Scents. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND ACCURACY We sell luxury fragrances. While we try to show the bottles and colors as accurately as possible, the actual color you see depends on your phone or monitor screen. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your personal expectations of scent longevity or projection, as fragrances react differently to different skin types.
SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES Prices for our perfumes are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (LAGOS ONLY) Currently, Mendoza Scents delivers strictly within Lagos, Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party dispatch riders or Lagos traffic wahala, but we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time. Once the product is handed to the rider, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
SECTION 6 - PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 7 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.
