Mendoza Scents Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mendoza Scents for your luxury fragrances! We are dedicated to getting your scent to you as fast as possible. 🚚💨

1. Delivery Areas Currently, we deliver strictly within Lagos State. We do not offer interstate or international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location within Lagos:

  • Standard Lagos (Mainland & Island): ₦3,500

  • Remote Lagos (Epe, Ikorodu, Badagry, Agbara): ₦6,000

  • Free Shipping: All orders over ₦100,000 qualify for free delivery within Lagos!

3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing: Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for us to pack and prepare your perfume for the dispatch rider.

  • Delivery: Once handed over to our rider, delivery typically happens within 24-48 hours.

  • Note: While we aim for speed, please understand that Lagos traffic and weather conditions can sometimes cause slight delays. We will keep you updated!

4. How will I know my order is coming? You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. When your perfume is with the dispatch rider, you will receive a second notification letting you know it is Out for Delivery. Please ensure your provided phone number is reachable so the rider can contact you.

5. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery Please double-check your delivery address at checkout! If a rider is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable after multiple attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.
